Payne, Jr. Applauds Obergefell v. Hodges Decision

Washington, D.C. – Congressman Donald M. Payne, Jr. (NJ-10) today released the following statement after the Supreme Court announced its decision in Obergefell v. Hodges, ruling in favor of marriage equality:
