Payne, Jr. (NJ-10) announced that the U.S. Small Business Administration has awarded $498,000 to the New Jersey Business Action Center through the State Trade and Export Promotion (STEP) Program. The purpose of the STEP Program is to increase the number of U.S. small businesses that are exporting and increase the dollar value of small business exports.
