WASHINGTON - My condolences and prayers go out to the families and friends of the victims in two more horrific mass shootings in El Paso and Dayton this weekend.

WASHINGTON – Congressman Donald M. Payne, Jr. (NJ-10) announced $36,331,372 in Homeland Security grants to benefit New Jersey. The announced grants include $20,050,000 from the Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) program to benefit law enforcement terrorism prevention activities in the Newark and Jersey City areas.
