WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Donald M. Payne, Jr. (NJ-10), joined by Congressman Kenny Marchant (TX-24), introduced H.R. 1765, the Donald Payne Sr. Colorectal Cancer Detection Act of 2019. This legislation would extend Medicare coverage to include FDA-approved blood-based colorectal cancer screening tests.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – On March 13, the House Committee on Homeland Security will mark up H.R. 1593, the Coordinating and Leveraging Activities for School Security (CLASS) Act, which Congressman Donald M. Payne, Jr. (NJ-10) introduced on March 7. The CLASS Act would position the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to better address escalating risks to school security.
