TSA Chief Grilled on Knife Rule at Congressional Hearing

New Jersey’s sole member of the Homeland Security Committee, Rep. Donald Payne Jr. (D-NJ), is not a member of the subcommittee, but he sat in on the hearing, noting that his district includes Newark Liberty International Airport, where one of the 9/11 jets took off before crashing into a field in Pennsylvania.
