Bipartisan group in US House introduces SMART Grid Study Act

A bipartisan group of representatives in Congress including seven from New Jersey yesterday introduced a bill titled "SMART Grid Study Act of 2013," that responds to "the incredible damage Hurricane Sandy caused New Jersey's power grid and critical infrastructure," the office of US Rep Donald Payne, Jr, D, told the press. The acronym stands for "Saving More American Resources Today."
