A Note from Congressman Payne, Jr.:

Gun violence is all too common for young people in the United States. For years, America’s youth have demanded safety in their schools and communities, but many lawmakers tuned them out. As a Member of Congress, I represent all of the people who live in my district, regardless of their age. If someone is old enough to be killed by guns, they are old enough to have ideas about solving gun violence. A safer America is possible. That’s why I’m hosting a town hall for teens and young adults on gun safety—to bring the community together to hear what our youth have to say.”
