Congressman Payne Says Tunnel Project Is Way Overdue

U.S. Sen. Charles Schumer is the latest in a chorus of lawmakers calling for the immediate finance and construction of new rail tunnels between New Jersey to New York City; a project that NJ Congressman Donald Payne Jr. says should have been in the works years ago.
